Dr. Philip Baptiste is a senior executive, strategic communications leader, and organizational strategist whose work is rooted in purpose, clarity, and the belief that meaningful impact begins with honest, effective communication. With more than two decades of experience, he has partnered with leaders and organizations navigating change, transition, and growth—helping them align vision, message, and action in ways that build trust and move people forward.
Throughout his career, Dr. Baptiste has held senior leadership roles overseeing enterprise strategy, financial stewardship, organizational planning, and large-scale initiatives. He is especially known for his strength in strategic communication—shaping narratives that are clear, compelling, and aligned with organizational values. Whether advising senior leaders, developing communication strategies, or guiding organizations through moments of visibility and transition, he brings a steady, thoughtful approach that connects message to mission.
Dr. Baptiste’s communications expertise spans media relations, newsroom-style content development, executive messaging, speechwriting, public-facing communications, and integrated storytelling. He has led and collaborated with communications teams responsible for news writing, editorial planning, digital content, and multimedia storytelling, working closely with designers, videographers, and creative partners to ensure consistency, quality, and impact across platforms. His work reflects a deep understanding of how audiences engage with information—and how strategy, creativity, and timing come together to shape perception and influence outcomes.
A confident and engaging public speaker, Dr. Baptiste is known for his ability to communicate with authenticity and authority in both intimate and large-scale settings. He has delivered keynote addresses, represented organizations publicly, and coached leaders to communicate with greater confidence, presence, and clarity. Dr. Baptiste’s academic journey reflects a commitment to lifelong learning and intentional growth. He earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Andrews University, followed by a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Andrews University. He later completed a Doctor of Ministry in Communication and Strategic Leadership at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C., and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications from American University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University, completed in May 2025.
In addition to his executive and advisory work, Dr. Baptiste is a speaker, organizational and relationship coach, certified family life educator, and mentor who has shared his insights at conferences and leadership gatherings around the world. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, time near the ocean, playing the piano, and cooking.
