Dr. Philip Baptiste is a strategic leader and communications expert driven by a clear calling: to help organizations and leaders move from vision to impact. With more than two decades of experience across higher education, nonprofit, and global ministry contexts, Dr. Baptiste has consistently been entrusted with helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen their voice, and move forward with confidence. He has served in senior leadership roles where he has guided strategy, advised executive leaders, and led initiatives that require both thoughtful vision and disciplined execution.

At the center of his work is a deep understanding that communication is not just about what is said—it’s about what is understood, believed, and ultimately acted upon. Dr. Baptiste approaches communication as a leadership responsibility. He helps organizations clarify their message, align their voice, and communicate in ways that inspire action, build trust, and bring people together around what matters most.

His expertise in strategic communication spans executive messaging, public engagement, brand strategy, and storytelling. He has developed integrated communication strategies that bring consistency and clarity across platforms, audiences, and leadership levels. Dr. Baptiste holds a Doctor of Ministry in Communication and Strategic Leadership from Wesley Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications from American University, and master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University. He also earned degrees in Business Administration and Religion from Andrews University.
